While we route your queries through multiple AI models and apply our own review logic, FinchIQ does not guarantee that every response is correct, complete, or up‑to‑date.

Your use of FinchIQ is at your sole risk. FinchTech AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and its affiliates are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of our service.

FinchIQ may draw on third‑party models (GPT‑4, Claude, Gemini, etc.). We do not endorse or guarantee the opinions or data provided by those models.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FinchIQ service (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form binding contracts. By using FinchIQ, you represent that you meet these requirements.

 

3. Accounts & Registration

• You must create an account to use Free, Plus, or Pro tiers.

• Keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

 

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free Tier: 25 questions/week, saved chat history, limited model access.

• Plus Tier: 75 questions/week, early model access, priority updates.
• Starter Tier unlimited questions/week, early model access with increase use of models, priority updates.

• Pro Tier: Unlimited questions, all models, priority support.

Payments are processed via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time; downgrades take effect next billing cycle.

 

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing.

• We offer a 30‑day money‑back guarantee on Pro subscriptions; contact support within 30 days for a refund.

 

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse‑engineer or misuse the Service.

• Use it to generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

• Interfere with Service availability (e.g. attacks, scraping).

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All FinchIQ software, branding, and documentation remain the sole property of FinchTech AI.

• You retain ownership of your input and chat history; you grant us a license to use anonymized data to improve the Service.

 

8. Privacy & Data Security

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We implement industry‑standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.

 

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• “AS IS”: The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months or £100, whichever is greater.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FinchTech AI harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

 

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you via email or in‑app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
