FinchIQ offers tiered subscriptions billed monthly via Stripe. Below are our refund terms by plan:

 

1. Free Tier

• Cost: £0/month

• Refunds: Not applicable.

 

2. Plus Tier

• Cost: £3/month

• Refund Window: Requests made within 7 days of initial charge.

• Conditions: Must not have exceeded 50% of your monthly question quota.

 

3. Starter Tier

• Cost: £7/month

• Refund Window: Requests made within 14 days of initial charge.

• Conditions: Must not have exceeded 50% of your monthly question quota.

 

4. Pro Tier

• Cost: £20/month

• Refund Window: Requests made within 30 days of initial charge.

• Conditions: No quota limit restrictions for refund requests.

 

 

How to Request a Refund

1. Email contact@finchtechai.com with:

• Your name and account email

• Subscription tier and date of charge

• Brief reason for the refund request

2. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds via your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. If your request is denied (e.g., outside the refund window or quota exceeded), we’ll explain why and discuss any alternatives.

 

 

Cancellation & Proration

• Upgrades: Upgrading tiers bills you immediately (prorated credit applied to your account).

• Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; no refund for the remainder of the current period.
