How exactly does FinchIQ work?

You ask a question once; FinchIQ sends it to multiple LLMs, compares their outputs, merges the best insights, detects contradictions, carries out real time web search and returns a single answer with a trust score.
Which AI models do you support?

Currently GPT‑4.1, GPT 4.1-mini, Claude 3.7 Sonnet, and Gemini 2.0. We’ll add new models as they become available and give Plus, Pro & Elite users early access to each.
What is a “trust score”?

A percentage that reflects model agreement and answer consistency higher scores mean more confidence in the correctness of the response.
How can I upgrade to Plus, Pro or Elite?

From your dashboard, click “Upgrade,” choose Plus, Pro, Elite and complete the payment flow to unlock higher limits and advanced features.
What if I see “No conversation” on my first question?

That message means the models are still processing. It’ll be removed in the next update; for now, just wait up to 10 seconds and your answer will appear. Any longer than 10 seconds submit feedback and we will look into addressing FinchIQ performance.
How do I report a bug or issue?

Use the “Feedback” button inside the app or email us at contact@finchtechai.com.
Which browsers does FinchIQ support?

FinchIQ works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari on desktop and mobile. We recommend updating your browser for optimal performance.
I’m seeing a CORS or network error what should I do?

First, refresh the page. If it persists, clear your browser cache or try incognito mode. If that doesn’t help, please contact support at contact@finchtechai.com with a screenshot.
How do I integrate FinchIQ via API?

We plan to roll out our public API in Q1 2026. You can join the waitlist when available under “API Access” in your dashboard to get early documentation and key.

What does “MVP” mean?

MVP stands for Minimum Viable Product a lean version of core function reviewer AI. FinchIQ proves core functionality and gathers user feedback.
What are the pricing tiers?

1. Free Tier - Explore FinchOS with basic AI insights and limited module access. 2. Plus Tier (£14.99) - The standard plan for individuals needing reliable AI across key modules. 3. Pro Tier (£50) - For small teams or power users requiring higher throughput and module usage. 4. Elite Tier (£150) - Unlimited AI capacity and module access for enterprises and high-volume users.
Is my data secure and private?

Yes. All chats and user data are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data and only use it to improve FinchOS.
When will I be billed?

Your card is charged on the same day each month that you upgrade (e.g., if you upgrade on the 10th, you’ll be billed on the 10th of every subsequent month).
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I change plans mid‑cycle?

Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately (with prorated billing), and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
